Call for Nominations: The 2025 2DM Young Scientist Awards
The journal 2D Materials is calling for nominations for the 2025 2DM Young Scientist Awards, which recognise outstanding young scientists (born after 1 January 1985) who have made significant contributions to the field of two-dimensional materials and who have demonstrated exceptional potential for development. The awards will be presented at the 12th Shenzhen International Graphene Forum and the First International Symposium on 2D Materials in 2025, and the winners will also be invited to give a presentation and write an article for the journal 2D Materials. In addition, the winners will also be able to receive a prize and a certificate of honour from the 2D Materials journal.
How to apply for the award：
Applicants are invited to submit their personal profiles (including reasons for nomination and representative achievements such as academic papers, monographs, award-winning projects, and patents) via email to publishing.china@ioppublishing.org. Please indicate “2DM Young Scientist Award Nomination Application” in the subject line of the email.
Deadline for applications：28 February 2025
Abstracts of 2DM journals will be solicited：
Abstracts for the 12th Shenzhen International Graphene Forum and the First International Symposium on 2D Materials are also being solicited. Participants who intend to submit abstracts are requested to submit their abstracts in English by 10 March 2025 and submit them by the authors to the email conference email graphene@sz.tsinghua.edu.cn . Outstanding full papers can be submitted to the special conference issue of 2D Materials journal.
Call for Papers: New Carbon Materials(Chinese and English Edition)
New Carbon Materials (Chinese and English Edition) is collaborating with the 12th Shenzhen International Graphene Forum and the 1st International Symposium on 2D Materials in 2025 to call for high-quality papers globally. This initiative aims to promote academic exchanges and technological innovations in the field of carbon materials and related areas.
Papers that meet the theme of this conference and the scope of the journal, and have not been published in any domestic or international journals or presented at other conferences, can be submitted through the journal's submission system. Papers that pass the peer-review process will be officially published in a special column of the journal. The deadline for full paper submission is June 30, 2025.
