Registration Refund Instructions:
1) If there is a need for refund, the relevant matters must be applied for before April 5, 2024, and the organizing committee will deduct 300RMB (48USD) / person from the payment amount as the corresponding refund handling fee;
2) After April 5, 2024, the organizing committee will not process any refund, if the registered participants cannot attend due to special reasons, they can appoint others to participate, and notify the organizing committee to update the relevant registration information before April 8 2024.
